The Bulgarian GBC served as strategic partner in the annual conference for investment and real estate development BalREC, which was held on May 19th, 2010 in Kempinski Hotel Sofia. The event was launched by Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Rosen Plevneliev.
During the forum industry analysts, international investors, property developers, financiers, and real estate consultant discussed the development of investment projects in Bulgaria.  The state of the real estate market for the last 20 years and its feature, new trends in the sector, the macroeconomic situation and the development of Bulgarian economy, were all reviewed during the conference as well as which sectors will have growth in the country in coming years.
